Reserving an Interview Room
Important: Please read the following before continuing on to the MIT Employer Reservation System.
- New reservations will not be processed until all outstanding invoices have been paid.
- In order to ensure all interested employers can gain access to on-campus interviews, we have added a room cap of 10 per day. In addition, if an employer reserves more than 6 rooms on one day, they must pay up front and the fee is non-refundable.
- 2010 SPRING ON CAMPUS RECRUITING: Reservations for Spring 2010 Recruiting Season will be available beginning on Monday, October 26th at Noon, EST through CareerBridge.
- February 8th – May 7th: Preselect schedules available for reservation.
- PLEASE NOTE that rates for the 2010 recruiting season will now be $125 for each room reserved.

Interview Day
The MIT Career Development Center is located in building 12 room 172. We open at 8:30 a.m., and the regular interviewing day is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The standard schedule offers an hour break for lunch and two 15-minute breaks during the day. Schedules allow for thirteen 30-minute, nine 45-minute or seven 60-minute interviews per schedule.
